Returns & Exchanges
HOW TO RETURN
Email email@example.com to advise us of the return. Please include your full name, your order number and the product/s name and SKU, along with the reason for return.
We will reply with a Returns Form, which will need to completed and sent to us with your order.
FREE RETURNS FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (New Zealand only)
When you spend over $100 we will cover your return courier fee.
For orders under $100 you’ll need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us.
Items can be returned within 14 days of successful delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund (if damaged or faulty) – to the same value as at purchase. This does not include sale items.
Items do not have to be returned within 14 days of purchase, however the return process must be initiated within 14 days of successful delivery.
Items must be received in their original condition - unused. It is important that they are still in saleable condition to enable an exchange or store credit.
For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and intimates cannot be returned.
Returns will automatically be issued a Store Credit unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund.
Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
To receive an exchange you must fill in the returns form showing the product name and SKU that you wish to exchange your returned item for.
We however cannot guarantee that we will have the requested product in stock for your exchange.
Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued a Store Credit. You will be advised if this is the case.
We process all returns within two-three business days of receiving your items and return form.
Upon processing your return, you will receive an email with the confirmed return store credit/exchange/refund.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product please urgently email firstname.lastname@example.org. All faulty items are eligible to receive a refund, however please note funds can take up to 3 working days to enter your bank account once the refund has been processed.
